Refund Policy

🛡️ If your document is not processed correctly, we will reprocess it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

When you get a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if your document's visible content was altered by our processing, if our service failed due to a technical error, or if you were charged but did not receive a processed document.

When refunds don't apply

Refunds are not available for successfully processed and downloaded documents, expired credits due to non-use, unsupported file formats (we only support .docx), or dissatisfaction with results on a specific detection platform.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@plagifix.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
